Run into some weather or your plans change? No problem! You may postpone your visit and “bank” your payment for a future.

Just call us or complete this form! You will receive an Owl Creek Landing Account Credit equal to the full value of your reservation. You can then re-book, using that credit, for any future available dates and times.

Note: Customers who ‘no show’ will not be entitled to an Account Credit. Please be sure to notify us before your scheduled time. Cancellation policies for Groups or Birthday Parties may differ.

• We recommend dressing for the weather!
• In the event of severe weather, including threat of lightning, we may need to close for the safety of our guests and staff.  While it may appear that skies are clear, we may close at the Manager’s discretion if radar indicates severe weather heading our way.
• Although we are unable to offer refunds, in the event of a closure, your time may be extended, or a rain check will be made available for you to use for a future visit.
